Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping! It depends on the order amount and the region you live in. Check out the table above. 

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, once you place your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. And once your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 days after you received the order confirmation email, please email us to angelo@capichecaps.com.

 
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will find the tracking link.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We ship to every country in the world, so also your country :) Still in doubt? Just ask us at angelo@capichecaps.com

Where does my shipment come from?
Most of our orders are shipped from either our German or USA warehouses, in some cases we ship from our Dutch or Italian warehouses.
