Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. If you did not receive a shipping notification within 3 days after you received the order confirmation email, please email info@capichecaps.com and we will help you out.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping notification. In this email you will find the tracking link.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. We cannot ship to: PO boxes, Pack Stations and Lockers. 

Where does my shipment come from?
The orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. 

Do I have to pay import taxes?
No, we pay them for you.
