despite a threading issue on the brim, beat up gold boxes, and some friction with customer service, the hat is still great. great art! the occult designs are awesome and sturdy materials. customer service did the right thing after all was said and done. otherwise 5 stars. also…hats like these should come in fitted options…i understand “why” they are snapbacks from a cost cutting business perspective but a hat with this type of art, etc. is “high fashion”, spend the money on fitted versions and people will buy them
1 star not because the cap is bad but it never got delivered, while PostNL says they did deliver the cap it was nowhere to be found

I generally love the cap design wise, however, I am not a big fan of the artificial leather tbh. Otherwise this cap is a 5/5.

This is my second hat from Capiche. The first was flawless and super nice. This one showed up in a partially crushed box, which isn't Capiche's fault but a bummer. The crown was created and a bit beat up from where the box crushed. The hat itself was very wrinkly and looked and felt much cheaper than the first one I bought. My little brother likes a very worn in hat, so I gave it to him and he likes it. My first hat was a 4 star, this is a 2.
